Complete Guide to Registering a 4dnum Account
Creating an account at 4dnum is the first thing you need to do before enjoying the wide range of exciting games available. This platform is built specifically for Malaysian players, with a transparent, fast, and hassle-free registration process. No need to visit any counter or fill out lengthy forms — everything can be done right from your smartphone.
Who Can Register at 4dnum?
4dnum is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 18 and above. Registration is completely free — no hidden fees or sign-up charges. Each user is only allowed one account to ensure fairness and security for everyone.
Before registering, please ensure you have an active Malaysia phone number, as it will be used for OTP verification and ongoing communication with our support team. A valid email address is also required for account recovery and important transaction notifications.
Information Required During Registration
The 4dnum registration process only requires a few basic details:
- Unique username — choose a memorable name, between 6 and 20 characters.
- Malaysia phone number — format 01X-XXXXXXXX, used for OTP verification.
- Email address — for account notifications and password recovery.
- Password — minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Referral code (optional) — if you were referred by a friend, enter their code to unlock bonus rewards for both of you.
KYC Process — Identity Verification
To protect all members and comply with platform guidelines, 4dnum uses a straightforward KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You will be asked to upload a photo of your MyKad and a selfie for identity verification. This process is typically completed within 1 to 2 business hours.
KYC is an important step that protects your account from unauthorised access and ensures all withdrawals are processed to the rightful account owner. Your data is stored securely using industry-grade encryption technology and is never shared with any third party.
Welcome Bonus for New Members
As a thank-you to new members, 4dnum offers an attractive welcome bonus as soon as you make your first deposit. The bonus is credited automatically and can be used to play across all available game categories — from video slots to your favourite 4D number games.
In addition to the welcome bonus, new members are also eligible for daily cashback, weekly deposit promotions, and a referral programme that benefits both parties. All active promotions can be viewed on the Promotions page, which is updated regularly.
Account Security — A Shared Responsibility
4dnum employs the latest security technology, but keeping your account safe also depends on your own actions. Here are some best practices we recommend:
- Never share your password with anyone, including customer support agents.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings.
- Use a different password from your other accounts.
- Always log out fully when you are done, especially on shared or public devices.
- Report any suspicious activity to customer support immediately.
