Terms and Conditions 4dnum – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1Account Eligibility

4dnum services are open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and balance forfeiture if discovered.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at 4dnum. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, identity card numbers, or banking details — violates these terms and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

2Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

When registering a 4dnum account, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information. All personal information provided during registration must match your official government-issued identification document from Malaysia.

4dnum carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and compliance with industry standards. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide:

• A copy of your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement (not older than 3 months)
• Additional documents related to the source of funds if required by our compliance team

Fund withdrawals will not be processed until your KYC verification is fully completed. This is a protective measure to safeguard your account and prevent fraudulent activity or money laundering.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Withdrawals can be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name. Processing is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and your account's KYC verification status.

Before making your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC process and ensure the registered bank account is in the same name as your 4dnum account. This is a standard security measure that cannot be waived.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply in accordance with the limits set for your account
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified and registered bank account
• Any withdrawal attempts to third-party accounts will be automatically rejected

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language in communications with any party
• Spreading false or misleading information about 4dnum to other users
• Using the platform for illegal purposes including money laundering
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt 4dnum's technical systems
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or exploit the platform's systems

4dnum reserves the right to take immediate action against any user found to be in violation of these terms, including freezing funds on a temporary basis while an investigation is conducted.

9Account Closure

You may close your 4dnum account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before account closure is processed, all valid balances will be returned to you once identity verification is completed.

4dnum also reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Failed identity verification or false information provided during registration
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behavior
• Requests from authorised law enforcement agencies

• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence on the user's part
